Q: HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?


A: The tour is a little over 1 hour long. At the end, there is time for questions and comments. Some friends show signs of appreciation. Some even dress up as an Isralite or as an Egyptician. Have fun!




Q: I DO NOT SEE AVAILABLE DATES. EVERYTHING IS FULL. WHY?


A: This means all our sections are full. We are constantly adding new dates, so please try again later.




Q: IS THERE A WAITING LIST I COULD JOIN?


A: We are exploring about the possibility of using this feature to deal with the last minute cancellation. Please stay tuned. Subscribe to our mailing lists. Please follow us in social media.




Q: WHAT TIME IS THE TOUR? IS IT IN MY TIME ZONE?


A: The booking tool is set up to show your time zone. For example if you live on the West Coast, like Los Angeles, CA, it will show the time in PST.




Q: HOW MUCH DOES THE TOUR COST?


A: The tours are FREE. All of our guides volunteer of their own time for your benefit and encouragement.




Q: WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?


A: The dress code is casual but modest. It is an informal occassion, so you can have your snacks and drinks as you enjoy the tour.




Q: CAN I MAKE A MONETARY GIFT TO THE TOUR GUIDE? IF YES, HOW?


A: You are welcome to make a monetary gift to your tour guide. The tour guide will share his information at the end of the tour. If for some reason you did not get tour guide information, please send an email to mail@jwtrips.com with the tour guide name so we can assist you.




Q: HOW DO I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A TOUR RESERVATION?


A: Please avoid last-minute cancellations. If you need to see, cancel your or reschedule the date of your tour, please go to https://www.jwtrips.com/account/my-bookings to become a member, and then cancel or reschedule your reservation online. This is the preferred method. We do not have enough people to make reservation changes over the phone. Thank you for your help with this.




Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD CONNECTIONS?


A: To add connections, you can simply try to make an additional reservation, or ask your friends to do so. If no connections are available, it means the group is now full and all available connections were booked.




Q: I WILL NOT NEED ALL THE CONNECTIONS I BOOKED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?


A: In that case, please send an email to mail@jwtrips.com. In the subject, specify how many devices you do not need anymore. We could invite other people who are on the waiting list.




Q: IN WHAT LANGUAGES ARE THE TOURS?


A: We now conduct tours in 4 languages: English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Please note that if you would like a tour to be translated in an espefic language, just send us an email to request at mail@jwtrips.com




Q: IS A SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION POSSIBLE?


A: As of now, we are accepting requests for language translations, Subscribe to our mailing lists and follow us in social media. Please send an email to mail@jwtrips.com with the language request and the number of devices.




Q: WHEN WOULD I RECEIVE THE ZOOM DETAILS FOR MY TOUR?


A: We will send you the Zoom number and password 24 hours before the scheduled tour. This will also serve as a reminder. If your tour is within 24 hours and you have not received your zoom information, then send us an email to mail@jwtrips.com. Please, do not wait until the last minute to contact us to request the zoom information, so you do not miss your scheduled tour.




Q: MY TOUR IS TOMORROW AND I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ZOOM DETAILS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?


A: First, please check the spam OR junk folder in your email. Sometimes, bulk messages are viewed by email providers as spam mails. If you still cannot find it, now is the time to contact us at mail@jwtrips.com. Please, do not wait until the last minute to contact us. We probably won't see your email on time.




Q: WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "CONNECTIONS/DEVICES"?


A: The tour is done via Zoom therefore it is restricted to a limited number of connections. A connection is a device logged in to the Zoom meeting. Devices do not need to be in the same place. They could be in different geographical locations.




Q: HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN USE [1] CONNECTION OR DEVICE?


A: As many as you'd like, as long as they sit together in the same household. People need to be in the same location for one device (iPhone/iPad/PC). However, if you have a group of people and they are located in different parts of the world, each group of family will use 1 connection each.




Q: CAN I STREAM (YouTube/FaceBook/FaceTime, etc) THE PROGRAM TO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE? NO


A: No, we want all tour participants to be actively connected and participate in the tour. We also ask for NO recording or posting online any of the tour content in social media or the internet. You can take notes for your personal benefit.




Q: I HAVE A PERSONAL OR CONGREGATION ZOOM ACCOUNT THAT ALLOWS UP TO 500. CAN WE USE IT FOR OUR TOUR?


A: No. Our zoom accounts have been stream-line for virtual tours.




Q: I CAN'T FIND MY RESERVATION DETAILS.  WHY SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM?


A: Please go to https://www.jwtrips.com/account/my-bookings using the same email address you used to book, and then sign in. You'll see your reservation.




Q: I COULDN'T FIND AN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION. WHAT'S NEXT?

P: ¿CUÁNDO RECIBIRÉ LOS DETALLES DEL ZOOM PARA MI GIRA VIRTUAL?


R: Le enviaremos el número de Zoom y la contraseña 24 horas antes del recorrido programado. Esto también servirá como recordatorio. P: ¿CÓMO CAMBIO LA FECHA O CANCELO UNA RESERVA DE GIRA VIRTUAL?


R: Evite las cancelaciones de última hora. Si necesita ver, cancelar o cambiar la fecha de su recorrido, vaya a https://www.jwtrips.com/account/my-bookings para hacerse miembro y luego cancele o cambie su reserva en línea. P: ¿CUÁL ES LA VESTIMENTA?


R: La vestimenta es informal pero con modestia y buen gusto. Es un evento informal asi que puede disfrutar de botanas o aperitivos mientras ve la gira virtual.




P: ¿CUANTO ES EL COSTO LA GIRA?


R: Los recorridos son GRATIS. Todos nuestros guías ofrecen su tiempo como voluntarios para su beneficio y ánimo.




P: ¿QUE SIGNIFICA NUMERO DE CONEXIONES?


Una conexión representa un dispositivo eletrónico individual en lugares diferentes. Por favor, reserve el número de dispositivos electrónicos y no el número de personas participando.




P: ¿PUEDO HACER UN REGALO MONETARIO AL GUIA?


Usted es bienvenido a mostrar su gratitud al guia de su gira. Su guía compartira sus datos personales para hacer una contribución al final de su gira.
