Cancellation Policy

1) Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable as stated in the terms and conditions

2) Monies paid toward the trips are non-refundable. 

3) Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover monies paid in the event of an accident.

We have a limited amount of seats, and once a seat is reserved, it is held specifically for that client. We do not overbook our tours, so we require a non-refundable deposit.

To cancel, you will need to fill out a cancellation form. It must be filled out per each passenger traveling individually or by the head of the family to process the cancellation.

Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or through email.
